Definition of terms

These are terms used in Atomx:

bid the price you want to pay (CPM, DCPM, CPC, CPA)
cost what you paid
profit what you keep
brokerfee subtracted from campaign bid
revshare % that publisher gets
internal bid what bidders really bid (for CPM/DCPM this should equal bid)
internal costthe internal cost the bidder payed
CPM Cost Per Mille (1000), pay per impression 1000 impressions
DCPM pay the second highest internal bid + 0.001
CPC pay per click
CPA pay per conversion
PPM Profit Per Mille (1000)
CTR Click-Through Rate
CR Conversion Rate
Supply Publishers, supplying traffic
Demand Advertisers, demanding traffic
Dayparting Targeting specific minutes in a day
